Do we share your data?

Intersupply cooperates with a number of service providers such as: micropayment providers, database administrators, cloud storage systems, CRM providers, sales software providers, e-mail services to support our services. We do not give them permission to use or disclose your personal information, except under strict regulations if it is in the context of their services.

Storage period

Your data will be kept by Intersupply for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for the performance of activities, unless we have to keep your data for longer on the basis of a legal regulation.


The moment you contact Intersupply by e-mail or one of the contact forms on our website, the data you send, such as your name, Intersupply, and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. These emails are stored for a maximum of two years.


The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous, so it is not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.


No physical copies are made of your personal data. Your data is only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.

The personal data managed by Intersupply or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via the above software and is protected with a password and where possible with two-step verification. With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Intersupply. This code must be used during the login process. The devices that access your data are each also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.

In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the Intersupply website is private. You can recognize this security by the green lock in front of the url.

Your rights

Right of access

You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at Intersupply at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting Intersupply by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.

Right to rectification

Is your data incorrect? Or have your details changed? You have the right to have this rectified by Intersupply. You can adjust your information about the newsletter via the appropriate url at the bottom of each email.

Right to transfer

If you need the data stored at Intersupply in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. In doing so, Intersupply must transfer all your data to the other party.

Right to erasure

Do you no longer want your data to be stored at Intersupply? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe that Intersupply does not handle your data correctly. This can be done via this link.

Right to stop data use (objection)

Do you not want Intersupply to use your data? Then you have the right to stop using your personal data.

You can make use of these rights via by sending a copy of your ID, in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID-proof number and BSN have been made illegible. The aim is to respond within a week.


Intersupply processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering services or products from Intersupply via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

The data that are required to provide are the minimum data required for the provision of the services or products. For example, your e-mail address is required to be able to send the newsletter. If this mandatory information is not provided, Intersupply will not be able to offer the relevant service.

If it is necessary to share data that you have shared with Intersupply with parties other than the parties mentioned above (for example, to offer a service), your permission will first be requested.
